Gave a ten year workmanship guarantee to induce purchase of a house he had roofed the previous summer when questions were raised the following March of 2016. Roof leaked in less that a year and three time in two months. Would not answer my phone calls or emails advising about leaks. When a realtor finally put on sufficient pressure he called but complained that he was calling while on vacation and never called back and never attempted to repair. Subsequent inspection shows that flashing not installed where roof meets wall above roof. Owner does not follow acceptable building practices and is unprofessional and a untrustworthy. Will likely initiate litigation for damages.

John came to look at my roof prepared, showed him where the leak in my second floor closet was located, knew exactly why it was leaking, and recommended new roof new, not repair. Had shingle samples with him, made a decision on type and color and roof was replaced almost next day. However had to wait a little for the rain to stop but it was in a day. Roof looks great, really makes the house pop! John's crew were professional and the worked great together and not a shred of debris was left....... He did a great job!!!!! And gave me a great price................

Giant roofing was contracted to do a very expensive stucco remediation on my home. Six weeks after completion the stucco began cracking and that continued. John B (Giant owner) acknowledged the issue and then disappeared. Subsequent inspections by certified inspectors revealed a complete failure of his work and failure to comply with code. Entire stucco remediation had to be re-done by another contractor who found incorrect or missing materials, rotted wood that was supposed to have been replaced, little or no flashing work & incorrect application of the three stucco layers. Giant would not return calls and ignored over 30 contact attempts. John (Giant) refused to honor his warranty.
