    $55,000,000

    Purchased a condo built by Giantech. Absolutely incompetent builders, crooked walls, doors that don't work, outright unfinished building. It takes them multiple tries to get anything remotely acceptable. To top it off, over half of the units in our complex have had water intrusion and rain problems in a brand new construction building. The roof, balconies, and water proofing has to be redone from what they delivered, and we were forced to sue to actually get their shoddy workmanship resolved. Avoid them.
