Giardina Construction has done several renovation projects for us over the years. Most recently doing a total remodel of our master bath. The workmanship was unparalleled and the overall effect was stunning! We are planning to contract with Anthony to upgrade other areas of the house to match the beauty of our new bathroom. We could not be more pleased!

We contracted with Anthony Giardina in 2018 to refurbish our condo kitchen and remove and replace tile floors in the kitchen and dining areas. The work was completed over the summer of 2018 while we were up north. The kitchen work, which included installing new cabinet doors and hardware, as well as work on the ceiling and some electrical work was completed satisfactorily. The tile floors were another story - the tiles were not laid level and, despite confirming in advance that there would be a metal transition strip between the tile and the carpet at three (3) interface points, it was not installed. In addition, the tile cuts at the interface are crooked - the work was very amateurish. When we came back in the fall, Anthony visited and acknowledge the poor workmanship and indicated he would correct the poor work. He did correct a small issue with a cabinet. Despite repeated calls over 4 weeks in February and March 2019 to his mobile phone and office phones, as well as emails, he has not responded.
Obviously I cannot recommend a general contractor who will not guarantee or stand by his work or that of his subcontractors.
