    Poor craftsmanship. Worse customer service. Family nepotism runs amok! Foreman and customer service reps are the kids of the owner and they don't care at all about customer service/satisfaction! Wall in dining room was literally wavy - they only partially fixed it because the proper way to correct it would have required re-drywalling. Basement flooded during construction and left a fine film all over the basement floor. I pointed it out during the final walk through and their foreman promised he would clean it up. Their clean up was not sufficient and the silty film remained. When I pointed it out Gunther's response was "we only provide a construction clean" and "some dust" is expected in new construction. Let me be clear - this was silt from a basement flood during construction, NOT drywall dust. Ultimately this clean up required a restoration company that cost me $800. Side note - The reason the basement flooded is because their foreman, in his infinite wisdom, unplugged the sump pump during a winter thaw while the house was being built. They put the cupboards on crooked and because I didn't notice it during the walk through, they refuse to fix it now and actually alluded to the idea that I somehow made them crooked on my own... Concrete began cracking immediately - they absolutely WILL NOT fix this because it is a big expense. They will ignore you, fight you, accuse you of causing the problem before they fix it. You will have to take them to court if you want it repaired. Tile work is bad. Grout started crumbling/cracking immediately. Carpet tacks poke peoples toes all throughout the house. Many lots have serious drainage issues. But the real kick in the pants is who they simply do not care. Their default answer is "no". Do yourself a favor and say "no" to this builder.
