Pat was hired to complete a small tile job in our guest bathroom. He seemed very knowledgeable and seemed to work quickly, apparently too quickly. He completed tiling the floors and moved onto the wall, in which he miss measured and cut a tile leaving a large gap. He told us that with grout it would look fine. Unfortunately once he had finished grouting we were unsatisfied. Their was sharp pieces of plastic sticking out of the grout in the floor. There was dried grout that covered corners of the grout. There were chipped tiles on the wall and in the niche. When Pat was told that we were unhappy he didn’t understand why…. After “20 years” of experience I expected quality work. He never had us sign a contract and when we wanted to negotiate for his poor work he refused and told us he would take us to small claims court. My father in law spent a full day scratching out his terrible grout work and filing down the sharp pieces of plastic on the floor. If you are looking for a half ass job this is your guy!
