Came out to see why our AC doesn't cool much past 80. My husband about 3 weeks ago changed out our filter to a allergen 3month filter. They left without saying anything to me. Then we got billed for them taking out our filter and replacing it with one of those dollar filters, saying that's why it wasn't working very well. Clearly that did not fix the issue.
