In 2018 I purchased a dock from Gibson Marine for a client of mine. The ladder they installed on the dock was defective when they installed it, in fact it appeared to be a used ladder. Now it's 2020 and I still can not get them to replace the ladder. In fact they will not even return my phone calls. Very poor service after the sale!
