Gifford & Gifford made what is suppose to be a once in a life time experience a horrible experience. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. They are not forthcoming with expenses. They would tell us to select fixtures or lights and after we did , they would say those are out of our budget but would never tell her the budget amount. They were suppose to do a landscape package and never did. Again they said it was over budget but it was on the contract blue print. I could go on and on. But the end result is I would not recommend them.
