Gifted Air Conditioning

Two guys came to address my A/C problem, sent thru Choice home warranty. They were professional, courteous. The drain pan was loaded as they removed over 8 gal. of water. They assembled my little giant ladder, & reassembled when they finished & returned it to my garage. they also checked the drain outside by the A/c unit. I was very satisfied & would definitely recommend them.

Gifted Air Conditioning gave me an appointment time of between 7am and 11am , they finally showed up at 3,30pm !! . Did a terrible job of fixing HVAC unit , very noisy after repair , we could not sleep through the noise from the replaced fan motor,
Called Choice Home Warranty and was told " as long as it is working , we don't care if it noisy " I have cancelled my Warranty policy with Choice Home Warranty and have had to call another HVAC company to repair my unit . These are not a companies I would advise anyone to work with under any circumstances . STAY CLEAR OF THEM , DO NOT USE...

Choice warranty sent them out to fix a problem with my air condition. They gave me a window of 3pm- 8pm (who does that) and of course the person shows up at 8:15pm and said to me do you want me to look at it or not. He looks at the outside unit goes back to the truck with no gauges or tools (on my ring) camera) comes inside to look at the air handle and said that the coils are dirty and would have to write up another ticket to get approve. Choice warranty deny the claim because of that write up. I got another air condition company to come out and it look at it and they fixed to problem with in twenty minutes stating that a switch on the outside unit was bad and they replaced it. This company will take your money and not try to fix any problem. I don't know who is worst- Gifted Air Condition for workmanship or Choice Warranty for using them.

They did not fix my problem last week. Choice Warranty asked me to contact them this morning and the technician was very rude and refused to come out. I called Choice to complain, and they said he would be here at noon. It is almost 4pm and they have failed to arrive as yet. I was unable to pick up my prescription since it was 11:30 when I was told he would be here at noon, so there was no time to get to the pharmacy. This company is rude, disrespectful, and people should avoid using them, unless they want to be treated like dirt beneath their feet. They failed to fix the problem last week, and tied up my entire day today, and that was after they hung up on me this morning denying they failed to do the job correctly last week. I am so angry and disgusted, I will spread the work not to ever use this company. They should refund the money I gave them last week, since they failed to do the job right. Unless you want excessive stress do not hire this company.
