We recently had a new conservatory added to our home, but in spite of the UV protected windows, the afternoon sun was ruining the upholstery of our furniture and making TV viewing of our home theater next to impossible. The heat also necessitated our running the A/C almost constantly during the hot summer months. We considered having blinds or shades installed, but neither proved to be a viable option. We contacted Tom, and he came to our home laden with brochures, fabric options, but, above all, his expertise in awnings and their installation. He patiently and politely answered all of our questions, suggested suitable options, and within days, we had our new Sunesta awning professionally installed by Tom and his crew. Because these installations were retrofits to an existing structure, Tom utilized his carpentry skills to adapt the product to our home. As a result, all of our problems had been solved. Also, with the awnings extended, our patio is now an "outdoor room" which we can enjoy during hot afternoons and even when it's raining! Indeed, we just had him install a second awning on the south side of the room. Tom Giglio and his crew are skilled, courteous professionals who are eager to please their clients, and we highly recommend them to anyone who seeks a quality awning and careful, professional installation. We have received many compliments about our awnings from family, friends, and even occasional passersby. Kudos to Giglio Shade Systems!
