Gil jr house's are practically a steal I recently went to a open house and was amazed with the quality your getting from his houses. Plus the price, you get more bang with the buck when you get one of these houses. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to buy a house

Bought home last year, had many issues (cheap paint, cracks on stucco, roof leaks, etc..) and it seems he is now focused on bigger homes and doesn't care about customers once he takes there money. He's become as soul less as cookie cutter home companies. Not recommended
