    repair water damage

    Unexpected remodel due to water damage to our home. Chris and crew were extremely helpful with the planning, choices, and work done to our home. He even suggested some ideas that we had not thought of. He was very patient with us and the delay of needed supplies to do our home. Very profressional and quality of work is outstanding. Chris and his crew were very trustworthy and easy to get along with. I would recommend this company for any work needing done.

    Repair and remodel home

    I had a unplanned remodel after water damage to my home. Gilbert Construction made the repairs and redo easy. Chris was helpful and went above and beyond to insure everything was done right. The painters, plumbers, etc were friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Gilbert Construction.

    He had plenty of opportunities to perform repairs, inexpensive ones at that. He stalled, lied, wouldn't return my numerous voicemails, told me he was out of town a few times. That was a lie. I finally got him to answer his phone when I called from my wife's phone, a number he didn't recognize. That's when he got real nasty and finally fat-out refused to do the repairs. Fortunately he was at the home of a Trinity Metal Buildings employee who heard everything, including trying to blame Trinity. The Trinity guy threw him out of his house immediately. Unbelievably dishonest!

    Build an apartment on a barn. Hired Trinity Metal buildings and they hired Gilbert

    Stay away from him. He did a bare bones job, lousy finish detail, and took advantage of us financially. And did not give us the one year homeowners warranty.
