GILL&COMPANY BUILDER LLC IS A BAD,BAD,BAD,CHOICE FOR A CONTRACTOR START REMODELING MY HOUSE IN CARRIERE MD 39426 IN AUGUST OF 2017,AS OF TODAY 05-01-2018 MY HOUSE IS STILL NOT FINISH,FIRED SCOTT GILL ON 4-26-2018 PAID IN FULL FOR NEW KITHEN CABINET & GRANITE COUNTERTOP WITH ISLAND,NEW COMPLETE BATHROOM REMODEL,NEW FLOORING,INSTALL NEW WINDOW WHOLE HOUSE ,INSTALL PATIO DOOR,FRONT&BACK DOOR,BEDROOM DOOR,WHICH SOME WAS UP& SOME NOT,WINDOW NOT SEAL OR ADJUSTED RIGHT,TOOK CHECK FOR $9800.00 BACK IN AUGUST FOR KITCHEN WAS NOT INSTALL UNTILL MONTH OF APRIL 2018 AFTER HAVING TO GMAIL HIM LEGAL NOTICE TO FINISH MY HOUSE BY 4-15-2018 OR I WOULD TAKE LEGAL ACTION, TOOK MONEY AND WAS HARD TO CALL OR TEXT OR GMAIL WENT UN ANSWER FOR DAYS,WOULD TXT AND SAY WILL CALL ME, CALL ONLY IF HE NEED MONEY,HAD TO BUY OR PAY FOR MATERIAL LEST KNOW OR SEE ONLY SOME OF THOSE INVOICE.ASK FOR RAISE BREASTFAST ISLAND TXT PICTURE DID NOT DO,TRY CALLING HIM BEFORE DEAD LINE OF LEGAL NOTICE NEVER RESPONSE,HOW IS IT THAT IT TAKE8 MONTHS TO REMODEL A HOUSE I LIVE IN SAN DIEGO AND TRUST THIS CONTRACTOR,WIFE SISTER PAST OUT IN JANUARY HAD TO GET A PACE MAKE TOLD ME HOUSE WIL BE READY IN DECEMBER 2017 AND HERE IT IS 2018 IT HARD TO BELIEVE AS NICE AS I WAS HE TOOK ADVANCED OF M, ASK FOR CONTRACTOR FEE AND JOB WAS NOT FINISH,HAD AUDREY AT FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PICAYUNE WRITE CHECKS FOR MATERIAL HE NEED MOST OF THE TIME FOR THIS OR THAT ( TAKE THIS WARNING AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR ) POOR WORKMANSHIP & AND TOOK MONEY AND DID NOT FINISH THIS JOB EVEN THO THERE WAS NOT A DEAD LINE ON THIS REMODELING JOB,TONY ZOLLICOFFER

Worst contractor I have ever dealt with, he is personally very like able but don’t let that fool you. We are having to rehire additional contractors to fix the work he did in our home. Our house now needs more work to fix it than before we hired him. I have decided to pay extra for others to correct his mess than try to get him back, I would never let him in my home again. Would rate him a zero stars but that was not an option.
