My husband and I were looking to build a welding/equipment/woodworking shop for our family to use. We wanted to be able to work on the tractors, cars, lawn equipment, etc. as well as build things out of steel or wood. We knew this was going to be a huge project for us and expensive. We did not want to buy something just to be unhappy with it later on. We did look at several options but just could not bring ourselves to put that kind of money into a building we were afraid would not hold up. So we contacted our local builder supply and Terry Gilliam came highly recommended. He came out we discussed what we were going to use the building for and the minimum size we had in mind. He suggested a 30 x 45 commercial grade steel with metal siding because of the welding our son was going to school for at the time. He told us who the building was made by and the price. We decided to have him build this building. He told us what to expect in terms of how the process would begin: grading of the land, concrete, etc. All during the process, he kept us informed as to what was going on and what the next step would be. When they were done, we were ecstatic to have such a wonderful place to do the things we wanted to do. We don't have a hard time heating it and even a huge fan helps in the summer. We are truly happy we went with him and his company and got the building we have. We found him to be a good Christian family man with a great work ethic and values. I have recommended him several times and would definitely call him in the future for other projects. I will post a picture later.
