I entered into a contract with Hermon Gillums, President and Contractor of Gillums H. Properties and/or H. Gillums Properties in March 2017 to replace 4 windows with vinyl windows, paint, remove carpet and install hardwood flooring at my house. My experience with Hermon Gillums/contractor was terrible, awful, shocking, horrible and a nightmare. He breached his contract and he does not keep scheduled appointments. He takes 1/3 of your money upfront and he does not do the job. Basically, he takes off with your money. I had to file several complaints against this contractor. It was the worse experience I have ever dealt with in my life. At this present, I am still fighting to get my money from Mr. Hermon Gillum, President and Contractor of Gillum H. Properties. He cannot be trusted. He is a con and not to be trusted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE.
