This company deserves ZERO stars. First American Home Warranty assigned them to fix a leak in the drywall. They are amateurs at best. Plumber told me that he could only fix the problem from the outside which required me to break the stucco and remove bricks. I ended up hiring a competent plumber who was able to repair the problem from the inside. This company can only survive by working for the home warranty company. DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMBER!!!

Giomane plumbing came out to fix a leak and needed a part. They said they would back in a few minutes and NEVER CAME BACK !!!!!!!!!!! NO phone call or communication to me. I wasted 4 hours waiting for the plumber to return. HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FAHW referral. Plumber came out & I gave the history of my water pressure regulator & he said he would write the report Tuesday 10/26/22. Called Wednesday to FAHW, & they said they never got the report. I text plumber to submit report. The report he submitted later denied my claim with FAHW. I tried to ask him what he wrote to FAHW, & he never replied back.
