I am happy i gained a ton of equity. I bought a home in 2014 to now. Hardly any problems. Few Drywall nails came loose. Ian and Gabe Came and fixed and even painted. My other friends had a terrible experience getting a builder who won’t call back. They always did. Gabe and Marcia,and Mike

I have built or bought 3 new homes prior to dealing with Gabe and Liz. Understand things come up. As a buyer, one needs to understand and compromise on things. But I have never dealt with absolute dishonesty on Gabe and Liz's level. I'm shocked they are from Iowa. I pray they find a conscious or the Lord at some point. Would not recommend.

Gabe built our first house and we never really saw him or were never updated on what we were spending till the end. we went to closing and had over 15k in allowances that he never once communicated to us. i would not recommend Giovanti homes.
