    Build two dormers

    First of all he tried to get a large percentage of the money before he pull a permit. I gave him more than enough money to pull the permit first then gave him a little over $5400 about 1/3 of the job costs. All he did was demolition and left the demolition material in the yard and in the room. He took some materials, lumber and set it up outside the house and sent a picture to me to make it look as if he was doing the construction, then he took it back and today he has not done the work. He told me about another contractor who would help him with the project and I agreed to have this other person to do the part that apparently Marco Waller could not do. This guy also did not come through currently I have to report them to the police and get a lawyer to deal with them so I can get back my money. They are both dishonest and I hope they are barred from working for anyone else. I still have the project to do.

    This customer, was the one from hell ,,if I asked for money it was because the material coated over 5000,dollars ,I started the job but the weather was crazy ,it was not just a former job ,it was a complete removal of the attic to turn I to bedrooms and bathrooms,I actually found her another contractor,that she agreed to hire for 28,000 and I got far far away from this customer who was deceitful from the start.
