We are incredibly pleased with the work that Girls ‘N’ Tools did to put hardwood floors into our three bedrooms, staircase and living room. Jessica was very professional and walked us through the entire process. She was very skilled and accommodating for us since we were still living in the home throughout the process. Girls ‘N’ Tools worked hard throughout the days and left the house impeccable. The hardwood floors are beautiful and we were very happy with the experience. Would strongly recommend Girls ‘N’ Tools!

I’ve used Girls N Tools for many projects! They’re always competitively priced, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! Jess and her team always go above and beyond! Their results are professional and if there’s ever any concern they immediately work to make it right! I would recommend them to anyone for any project big or small!

Our experience was traumatic. We paid a lot more than originally planned for a bedroom and bathroom and ended up with no heat in these rooms. She failed to put in the water circulation system that would warm the bathroom water quickly. I have to run the water for several minutes to warm it. It is so wasteful. The paint I specified was not used because Ms. Gervais did not approve it. The paint job was poor. I asked for touch up but my request was ignored. I mistakenly paid for the job before it was completed and then when I tried to contact Ms. Gerviais, she told me I was no longer able to contact her because it would be unproductive. She refused to sign for a certified letter I sent to her. I would not recommend this contractor.

Highly recommend!!! We used Jessie/GirlsNTools several times and always were completely satisfied and happy with her work. We sold an old house and she did structural work for us and kept us informed on progress and made valuable suggestions that helped us. Then we bought a new condo that needed cosmetic work and accessibility features and she was amazing! She installed grab bars and made helpful suggestions based on her knowledge and experience. She painted, put up molding, installed hardwood flooring…so many updates and everything was wonderful and professionally done. She shows up on time , kept us informed on price changes when we changed the job scope a was a pleasure to work with. I don’t panic when I need work done because I know I can rely on Girls N Tools to save the day!
