I only indicated poor workmanship as this survey would not allow me to complete this unless I rated them. For practical reasons my rating refers to my contact to them requesting an estimate. I contacted them for an estimate for a very large Job for my agency that serves developmentally disabled and medically vulnerable disabled adults that are at greater risk from Covid. When scheduling the estimate they asked if masks would be required. When informed they must wear masks/Covid they said they do not do jobs if they had to wear covid masks. We we were hoping to establish a relationship with a local HVAC provider to service our various sites.
