I encouraged my mom to hire this company after getting an engineering report and sharing it with them before meeting with Brian. The front end included lots of empty promises and over selling sales techniques that trapped my mom into a mess. Be careful and do your homework. On my opinion Stay far far away from them. They gave us a change order in the middle of the process more than twice the original bid - they cut water pipes and gas pipes under the home and refused to pay for the repairs.
