I was complete disaster. Hector was referred to me by family member and I expected great quality service.
We signed contract in July 2024, deposit was made and work was started with slight delay in October.
Week later everything stopped, because Hector measured window incorrectly, all 48 windows!
Windows were piled up on back yard and new one needed to be ordered. But money were already spent and
In the order to move on Hector asked to give him the rest of the balance to order new ones. I did. That was a huge mistake. Hector wouldn’t show up for month. All of the sudden many things were not included. One big window was not replaced, because in Hector opinion it was OK. I got in to the heated arguments and insisted to replace this window because it was paid for already.
The job was finished in May 2025 with many flows and very poor quality. I never would recommend this company to anyone. Please
