I cannot recommend Glenn McPherson Plumbing based on my experience.
I hired the company to replace my boiler. Instead, the technician worked on the existing boiler rather than replacing it. After the work was completed, a catastrophic fire occurred in my home.
The fire inspector told me the fire tubes had been installed upside down, which caused flames to shoot upward when the pilot light ignited. The fire destroyed my home, and my dog suffered severe smoke inhalation. Despite extensive veterinary treatment costing more than $35,000, he ultimately died from his injuries.
This has been one of the most devastating experiences of my life. The company never called to apologize, check in, or anything. I encourage anyone considering this company to ask detailed questions about the work being performed, request documentation of all repairs and installations, and obtain an independent inspection if there are any concerns.
I hope no one else ever has to experience what I have.
