Actually zero stars. He is a slumlord. Maybe he spends all day performing work for other people, but he certainly doesn't keep up his end of the bargain for his paying tenants. So many things have needed repaired and he refused to do anything. We are paying you for a service and you were more than happy to take our mone, but provided nothing in return. I wouldn't support his business if he was the only contractor around. What a horrible, cheapskate of a man.
