Mr Walker built a Garage/Apartment for us. He did not build to code. Hired an inspector which he found numerous code violations. I have Mr Walker a 50+ punch list to which he stated he was not going to fix 50+ items. That I should have brought those items to his attention before now. Meaning he wanted final payment yet the job was not done. I posted on YouTube the final altercation between myself and Mr. Walker. He filed a lien on my property even though the work was never completed.
