  I got no stars for them. Their practice already describe by Af . I only can ad that one of them Raymond claim to be a plumber not only without license but without clue about technical aspects. Back then I physically can't do it myself because of knee injury . Now -5 years later I still haven't correct their shady job.

  Glen Knapp and Dan Shea are horrible contractors, horrid people, liars, crooks, thieves and thugs. If you want a crooked house, with crooked floors, crooked walls and crappy installations - give them a try. If you have half a brain - stay away from these buffoons.

  Glen Knapp, the owner, and his partners, Dan Shea aka Danny Shea, James Thomason, Eric Geiger (HVAC), and many other of his subcontractors are dishonest, unethical, and as crooked as people come. They did a horrible job on our home renovation, did not complete the contract, kept asking for more money for things that they screwed up, and eventually we had to fire them. It has cost us more than 20% of the contract price to fix up their mistakes. We had to file with the county consumer affairs board and had to sue them. Hiring them was the single biggest mistake of our lives

  Glen Knapp of Glenco Design and Construction is a Con Artist and a thief. He did not complete my home improvement project and his workmanship was so poor that most of it needs to be ripped up and re-done. Glenn is as dishonest and unscrupulous as they come.

  Please consider down-grading him....he has only lousy reviews.

  Awful...worst decision of our lives to use Glenco. Glenn Knapp, the contractor, misled us, lied to us, and promised many things that he never delivered on...he tried raising the price 4 times before we finally got rid of him. His workers destroyed much of our property, damaging all our new tiles, as well as several plumbing and lighting fixtures. My advice: stay away

  Awful...absolute nightmare experience...stay away. Glenn Knapp, the owner, made a million and one promises...like that he could beat everyone's price and finish the project in four months, and that he would personally supervise every aspect. In the end...he raised the price three times; damaged all our brand new tiles, countertops, and fixtures by getting grout, paint, and other debris on them; and seven months went by and there was no end in sight. Worst decision of our lives and our nightmare is not over yet!
