If there was a choice for no star I would give it. This guy is a joke and prevented me from opening my business as planned although he was very much aware we had a deadline. He told both myself and my electrician - no problem. Problems is all this guy gave me. Was supposed to install a propane tank, promised it would be picked up at 6:30 AM, delivered and installed - no show no call all day or the next or ever for that matter.
Committed to two plumbing jobs in my house, again critical, and even after giving him a chance to redeem himself and call me today about 10 days later, once again no return call. This guy is a joke.
He was highly recommended by my (former) contractor who swore by this guy. Carpenter Mike Armstrong then told me he wasn't responsible for him and only for himself. If you bring a tradesman on the job you are indeed responsible. I had another plumber lined up but Mike Armstrong swore this guy was the best - the best at no shows!
Hey Glenn I paid you in full and only had half of the work done. Where is my refund??? See you in court!
