  construct deck

  Paul, and his crew of four others, did a wonderful job constructing our backyard deck. This was a difficult job as our yard has a steep slope. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Glenn Gate Construction for any construction projects. The crew were professional, courteous, and meticulous in their work. Thank you Glenn Gate Construction for giving us a backyard deck to enjoy!

  Had a complex roof for our screen porch addition. Paul came out and made us very clear of a solution. 2 other companies wanted us to sign without a clear solution to this problem. Glenn Gate built it and it looks like it was part of the original house build. Workers were professional and knowledgeable. Nice team.

  screened in porch

  Do not use this builder. Paul Fiaschetti is a crook. We had him install a screened in porch and he tried stealing our money halfway through the project. This was after starting 5 months after initial payment. We had to get BBB and a lawyer involved to get him and Glen Gate Construction to continue to work on the project. He still has not finished the project and stop taking phone calls. He did not get the proper permits for the structure he was building and the inspector from Greenville county said they their company did not build the structure properly. If you research Paul Fiashetti, Glen Gate Construction, Five-Star Sunrooms, you will find several other customers where Paul took their money and never finished their projects, or never started the projects. When we confronted him about taking our money and disappearing halfway through the project, he gave a several different stories about how his companies have no money and that our project was closer to completion than about 10 other customers and that he will work on a plan to finish the project. I paid for the supplies and subcontractors directly to finish the project and he still couldn't do the basics, such as get the permit from the county. Do not use this construction company. Paul Fiashetti will tell anything to get your money. And I am one of the lucky ones where the project was mostly completed.
