Building a home during a pandemic, with its impacts to availability of labor and materials is a intimidating. Add to it that we were first time home buyers, had limited familiarity with the home building process and a rigid deadline for a move in date and it escalates into terrifying. I can honestly say that if it were not for Glenn with his experience and knowledge of the building process and his ability to deliver quality while adhering to a compressed timeline we would have never have never been able to move into our new home during this extremely challenging home building environment. He was constantly available for updates, was able to anticipate and mitigate delays through expert planning and was able to fast track components when needed to keep us within reach out or necessary move in date. He did all this while endeavoring to build a trust with us that is rare in the business world today. After a month in the house we have had no issues. We love our new home that Glenn has built. We highly recommend him for anyone's home building project.

If you want things done fast and right, Glenn is your guy. He gets things done, knows what he's doing. If you have questions or ideas he'll listen to you and give you his recommendations, what can be done, what can't be done etc. He is willing to work with you which I really like about him. He was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him 100%.

I would definitely NOT recommend him. He worked on our home and we moved in last November. We noticed that one of the screens on the guest bedroom was missing and let him know. Also, the rear sliding glass mechanism was broken and would not lock, a serious safety concern. We also told him about this problem. That was back in NOVEMBER of last year. We have reached out to him and the realtor numerous times and the issues have not been resolved. Glen hasn't returned any text or voice messages. Our next step is filing a complaint with the BBB. I don't how or why he is getting good reviews; that definitely was not our experience with him.
