  I bought a new home from Glen white in 2021. I have enjoyed the house HOWEVER after 30 years the stucco had to be removed and much plywood underneath had mold snd much was deteriorated . Previously I called him to ask if any of his homes needed stucco remediation and he said no.

  My home was built by Glenn White. I absolutely fell in love with my house and haven’t had any issues in 15+ years. Every time I have reached out for a minor issue which hasn’t really been any he has been quick to respond and quick to fix. I recommend Glenn White, his homes are beautiful.

  I just read your review and I had the exact same experience as you did. Within three months of moving into our new home we realized our windows were leaking and there was mold behind the window casing and baseboard. They came out with angle grinders and ground around some of the windows removing the stucco and cutting through the flashing and window flanges and installed caulk. this did not fix the problem and for the next 6 months they tried to find the leaks with hoses with one guy there superintendent. who continued to say that it's not leaking that they can't find the leak. As soon as the year time limit came up on the warranty they walked away and would not return our request.
  Now that we are doing the stucco remediation and removing the stucco and replacing it with Hardie Siding we have realized how bad the leaks were not only do we have to replace a significant amount of the OSB plywood but also a lot of the dimensional framing around the windows that are completely rotted out. It is costing me hundreds of thousands of dollars to do these repairs.
  It is important for homebuyers and homeowners and consumers like us to report this kind of behavior from a company. Consumers and buyers need to understand the company they are dealing with when it comes to their home. I can believe that there are more people out there that have had similar experiences. The more of us that speak up about they're similar experiences at least gives consumers and purchasers of homes from Glen white builders an informed decision making process.
  If you have problems like this or any issues with Glenn White builders be smart and file a claim with the lawyer as soon as possible the statue of repose is 12 years in Pennsylvania after 12 years you have no legal rights to file a claim.

  Builds a home he wont stand behind. Our home had leaks in the front of our house and the roof since day 1. His answer is to caulk everything and wait until the 1 yr warranty expires. Now 6 years later we have mold inside our front walls and he will not do a thing to help. The only thing we are lucky for, is his desire to build as cheaply as possible caused him to use vinyl on the back and sides which has no issues with moisture. The only issue is he used the cheapest siding and installers possible. Our issues are on the front with the stucco and stone. He obviously cut corners as every contractor tells us it is related to improper installation. Looking at 35k in repairs.
  Stay away from this builder.
