I did NOT have a good experience with Joel. We are moving and needed some work done on our home and documentation for the new buyers that the work had been completed. When I initially called he said to text him to schedule an appointment. I did that and he never arranged a time to come and take care of the issues. More than a week went by with no contact from him. I called again and he finally set something up. I asked him for an invoice to be provided so I could provide that to the new buyers. He said they would provide one around the date of service. When they finished the job, they said it would be emailed to me in the next few days. This did not happen. I called/texted/called again patiently waiting with promises that the invoice would be sent and promises to call back but NONE of that has happened. When I explained how frustrated I was to have to continually deal with this when it should be so simple and routine, no apologies was made. No remorse, no responsibility, only and "i'll call you back" in a flat uncaring voice. It has been almost a month of trying to get this information from him and I still don't have it. NIGHTMARE when you are moving and have a million other things to worry about. I do not recommend this guy!
