This man is very dishonest. He will talk about the Lord to make you feel comfortable. He took a half deposit in April on one of my properties and another half in June. He kept calling me impatient when he had plenty of time to do my wiring. I lost one sheetrock person because he basically took my money and held me up for many months. He is a very messy man. I'm in shock given his age. I have recordings of him going off on me for begging to get work complete. I have a ton of text asking the same thing. He argued with my son who asked for my keys back. I end up changing the locks because I told my son don't argue with the old man.
The next few days my frame was broken on the house. I have proof of everything I am stating.
Run. Run. He took my money. I'm filing a court action against him.
