This company should be out of business. Had to use these flakes for my home warranty to repair my a/c unit what a joke. First of all my unit still isn't working properly after three or four times out to work on it. Next when you make an appointment with someone you do what you can to keep that appointment, NOT GLOBAL AIR not only don't they keep appointments they don't know how to use a phone to call and let you know they will be late or not coming at all. If you don't mind throwing your money away call global air, but if your dollars are had earned and your trying to make the most of every dollar then find someone else to fix your a/c unit. I don't think they are capable of fixing a ham sandwich let alone something as complex as a air conditioner.

Well to start off, I know summer is a busy time with A/C problems, but don't make an appointment you do not intend to keep. The company finally scheduled an appointment for today between the hours of 8 am and 2 pm. The technician never bothered to show up for the appointment and he didnt even have the courtesy to call and say he wasn't going to make it. I called the company before 5 pm today and they are supposed to be open until 6 pm, and didn't answer the phone. I wasted an entire day waitng for them. Maybe they should send me a check for my hourly rate of a wasted day.
This is very bad business and horrible customer service!!

I'm so disappointed in Global Air and Heating. Our warranty company assigned these people to us a month ago. We've missed DAYS from work, waiting for them to show up and repair our ac. They don't answer us, and once even said the wrong number had been called!! Really??? They came out once, in the beginning of this mess, and determined we needed a certain part. Now that it was ordered and they have it... They have decided not to install it. I can't help but to wonder what they're doing with that part my warranty company purchased.
