Global Efficient Energy LLC did the installation quickly and efficiently although it took about a month to get tied to the grid because of the Ft. Worth city electrical inspector's schedule. Basically they promised a 40% reduction in electricity use and I saw a 5% reduction. They have not paid me the 35% difference owed for the past two years and have not refunded my money as I have requested. The problem may or may not be them as I had taken extreme conservation measures before I installed their equipment which the salesperson knew about. He argued that he could still save me 40%, I think he was either incompetent or an opportunist. I think for the average home owner who has not taken care of business, the GEE system will decrease their electrical use, but as I already had tons of insulation, SEER 16 A/C and other measures I saw virtually no change. I hired an electrician to inspect my house electrical systems to ensure there was not a problem or short to ground somewhere and everything proved to be fine which leaves me with the only conclusion - the GEE system is not effective for me. Several times I have requested information from them about results on houses of similar size, and family make up but never received a response. They have had some personnel turnover which might account for some of the delays/non-action, but I sent them a new demand letter last week and am waiting their reply.

Beware of this company. They will say whatever they need to in order to make a sale. Lie about the loan, and weave a web of deceit so well thought out and planned you know it was rehearsed and used over and over.

The lies regarded the loan which was to be interest-free, no interest is tracked from day one, it is a same as cash loan. They told me to make the sale that my loan payments would NEVER be more than $100/month. This would be the only way the loan made sense, I'm not a tree-hugger and my goal was to lower my monthly expenses. My electric bills are $89 - $202 a month in the $200 range for just 4 months. So why would I trade that bill in for a $350 / Month 19.9 % interest loan? I wouldn't.

The salesmen knew that so his lies, deceit, and outright fraud came into play.

Global went beyond my expectations. I got my panels installed the beginning of November 2014 and I have not had a electric bill over $80 and I live in 3200 sq ft! The customer service is phenomenal and I highly recommend Global Efficient Energy to anyone looking to save money on their electrical bill!

The company has outstanding staff to work with. Any time I had a question or concern during and even after the install, their staff answered promptly. We ended up purchasing all the products that their Energy Auditor suggested and ended up saving hundreds of dollars a year. I am very pleased with my decision to hire Global Efficient Energy as my contractor and impressed with their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

I had an energy auditor come to my home in early October and since then my electric bills have gone down exceptionally!! The representative was very nice and informative. He even had a crew come out the next following day to install my radiant barrier and my wrap to go around my hot water heater! The crew was very clean and organized. Also, included in my package was solar panels. I absolutely love them! Not only do they look nice on my roof, but they have brought my energy bill down even LOWER! The electricians that came out and installed my solar panels were very respectful, fast, and QUIET I can most definitely say that i am extremely happy with this company and their staff. I have already informed my neighbors of this company and will keep doing so!
