Poor Customer Service..
Eva came in and took the measurements for the kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities. All was perfect to that point. Then... Eva asked me to pass by the "Yard" so we can pick the granite. We set the appointment for 3:45pm. When I got there, Eva was not there. I worked with a nice lady in the showroom. We went out to the yard, and picked the granite. The lady put my name and contractor's name on the slabs (see photos). We go in, did the paperwork, and I left a deposit. On the way out, I asked the lady to make sure I'm getting the exact slab I picked. She made a call and said. Sorry you cannot. This one is sold. She then asked me to wait for Eva who's 15 minutes away. I waited for 20, no one showed up. I left and called the contractor to let him know what happened. HE called Eva and then called me back to say that Eva is getting something to eat and she'll call you back within the hour. No Calls.
Very poor customer service. Very limited stock. With cash in your pocket, you have many other options. and Eva, if you decide to call, please ask for Mr. Blue 'cause I'll be holding my breath.
