Had a new air conditioner installed. I think it was July. My neighbor recommended your company. He didn't put in the new thermostat. So I asked for the new one because I could read it without glasses.
I got it installed & it has not worked properly since. It either gets too hot or too cold so I'm constantly adjusting it. I have mobility issues & going back & forth was not what I signed up for. When I asked Eddie to check it out. He yelled & yelled at me. Nobody has EVER spoken to me like that. Later when I spoke with Luke, I told him I needed an apology from Eddie, needless to say, I never received one. When they came to do the 6 month checkup, Luke did the work. Then he told me Eddy was out there doing work. Of course, I didn't want a confrontation. Plus I have been in a wheelchair for 5 months after hip surgery. I need someone to talk with me, but not Eddie.
