I recently hired Globo Flooring to add a white oak floor to the hallway of my apartment. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the work. There are a number of serious problems with the floor: First, I paid for select grade (the most expensive wood grade) and but Globo used cut-off pieces from other jobs. You can tell because most of the planks are only one to two feet in length. Second, the floor is full of visible imperfections: there are large gaps between most of the planks and there are dozens of nails that were nailed directly onto the surface of the wood floor and not filled. Alan, the company owner, promised that all imperfections would be fixed but once I paid for the work the company refused to address the issues. Customers beware. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
