Job pay in full, Job incomplete only 50% badly done, Gloria don’t answer the phone, Hire People with no license, in my apartment 2 bathrooms after job was done shower pans are leaking to the neighbor below, they don’t know about construction, they subcontract people with poor or full lack of knowledge in construction.

HOME OWNERS BE AWARE.
Long story short, this lady (Gloria Ramirez) is the most rude and untrusting person. As the date of today I'm STILL WAITING for my permits (fully paid as they request) Yes they are very nice UNTIL you give them the money. They don't answer the phone, and if they do, they insult you and called you a liar. I've been waiting for my permits for more than 6 months, the remodeling was poorly done (not even finished) and they are all but excuses. NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL. AND NOT CHEAP. I recently found another GC with a REAL COMPANY and they would've charged me HALF of what this lady ask us. DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF.
