What I got from Gene (Glory Bound Roofing) is shingles that are buckled. Gene said they needed time to" settle" Around the chimney was not done properly and the porch leaks.Gene came by approximately 3 times to fix the porch but the the porch still leaked or more like poured.when I Called Gene AGIAN he said that he had come by a couple of days before to fix the problem .But when I called it was raining and I had no proof or evidence that he had been there .My porch still leaked and I did get a call that he was coming and there no business card or note left .So after approximately Nine months of excuses of my guy is out of town or Im on vacation . Not answering or returning calls ,having to call from alternate numebers to speak to Gene. I realised that Gene had No INTENTION to do the job that he agreed to do and has been paid! So I am in the process of getting inspections from reputable roofing companies (not sure if Gene removed and replaced wood necessary) and estimates to do the job Gene has been paid fore.My only recourse is going to court ! If you a unfortunate or foolish enough to use Gene (Glory Bound Roofing ) do not pay him in full until you are sure the roof has been done properly. The only thing that Gene is bound for is court. I still waiting on those shingles to "settle "Gene
