This company installed a hot water heater with in the last six months . I had to call them cause it’s leaking, no one will return calls. When I did finally get in contact and set a date and time for them to come out. No one showed up. No one responded to let me know .

Shawn Glover was very professional and devoted to making sure I was satisfied as a customer. He not only made sure the job was done right, but also took time out of his busy schedule to follow up to see if I had any problems and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

MUST READ. I do not recommend this plumber. Lee Glover's business installed the bath tubs and showers in my newly constructed house that I closed on the first week of February 2016. He completely ignored my repeated pleas for repair or replacement despite an express warranty being in place. Lee was quick to pass the buck and blame the plumbing supply company in Fayetteville, NC, which is Tolar Supply. Lee did not do anything for me to correct the issues and after 3 months of back-and-forth with the contacts be supplied, I got nowhere and Lee Glover will not speak to me and hangs up once he finds out who is calling. He is very unprofessional and most of all does not stand behind his work. My brand new tub was thin as eggshells in several spots and developed cracks and holes from gentle cleaning. A few weeks later, the shower that Lee Glover installed developed a crack.
I will peruse this matter as far as I can and make as many complaints, formal or unformal, as humanly possible.
I suggest you contact a reputable plumber who actually stands behind his work and the products he installs.Feel free to contact me for further details and I will be happy to share all information with you including the general contractor who he is subcontracted for. [email protected]

My toilet is still not working. They do not respect the customer or there time.
