Last Year we hired GLP construction to build us a 24x40 carport over a RV. They sub contracted it out and it was finally finished in November. $ months later I got a call that it was leaning against my RV. Mind you he offered me a lifetime warranty saying that his work was better than anyone else. He came and looked at the building and determined it was 100% not his fault. We discovered many defects including the post were not put in the ground deep enough and there was no cross bracing to prevent movement side to side. We sued him inb court and won the judgement in the amount of $8000 plus costs. He has refused to pay so we entered a judgement at the courthouse in Butler PA. I doubt I will ever get this money back but I really don't want anyone else to have to go thru this. If you like more info from me or pictures to show my issue just email me. [email protected]
