Sales person used the words "at no expense to you". I confirmed this multiple times before engaging with Apex. The sales person knocked on my door. I wasn't interested at first. What caught my attention was the fact that they had a legal team working for getting peoples roofs replaced and that they could get my roof replaced with no out of pocket expense to me. I signed all of the paperwork and worked with them to get my insurance claim done. A few weeks go buy and a guy shows up to help me pick out my shingles. This is when i find out that I will have to pay $2500. Please be aware! When the sales person uses the words "at no expense to you", it is a lie and a scam.

Had problems with workmanship, sales person was overbearing, roof has leak, they had not contacted me after I called about leak. Had to pay another roofer for repair. Needs to be investigated by board. Did three houses in my neighborhood had three problems. Hard to deal with.
