    Basement door replacement

    I have an older home in Pasadena and it has a small basement only accessible from the outside. The door was probably over 60 years old and needed replaced. Gonzalo built a new door and installed it for me. It took a couple of visits to complete the job. In the end I was satisfied with the result. He was skilled, professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

    Siding project

    Gonzalo, the owner, came out to assess my siding replacement project. He was very knowledgeable about the aspects of the project and told me all of the things that had to be considered in removing and reinstalling siding. Within a couple of days, he provided me with a detailed bid which I accepted.

    Gonzalo knows what needs to be done and is a very hard worker. He communicates well and is very professional. Overall, I give him a thumbs up!

    Gm Construction did a fabulous job of installing our new SPC floors! The Project Manager, Gonzalo, promptly submitted a bid, returned all my calls right away, and went out of his way to pick up samples to make sure I got exactly the product I wanted.
    The workers were on time every day, were friendly, respectful, and worked quickly and efficiently. They left the work area clean and neat at the end of each workday. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a home project done. If I decide to redo my bathroom, I will most definitely call GM Construction!
