"Eric was the person I was familiar with because he was the one we always talked to. The contractor's team was always on time and they kept their end of the agreement. They managed to stay within budget. I don't really have a problem with the contractor but the unit that got had some issues. But I think it is because of the brand of the aircon so it doesn't really affect my view of the contractor. And since I was satisfied with their work. I have already recommended them to friends and family."
