    Put an ac unit snd service it due to it not working two month later.

    Horrible!!! Horrible!!! Call the BBB!!

    Don't use them. Our air conditioner froze up on July 20, 2024. We called them and Meghan picked up and told us someone would come out on July 21, 2024. Between 10-1. A tech came out said he does not have the part. So, we needed to wait til July 22, 2024. We have no air for two days. The temperatures are in 92. I have a small child, two dogs and myself and husband. I have a black metal roof in the month of July. The house is in 91 upstairs and 88 downstairs. We had waited to see if GMS sheetmetal & A/C would let us know about helping my family fixing the problem. My husband had to call them 8 am and again at 9am. We are chasing them down to get the part. We are with no air and not one call. No communication from them. Finally, we get a phone call from Meghan telling us 1-5 pm someone will be by. Meanwhile, the no air spent 10,000 on a brand new Trane Ac unit from them two months ago. No parts available locally. Only in Orlando the part was found. 48 hours with no air!!! There is a part for our AC at PSL. We are being lied too!! We are suffering from heat within our home with our dogs and child. No one is willing to help to call or do anything. I have never had such horrible service. Be ware this is not a honest, caring company. The company doesn't care to take of the issues and dragging out excuses of why!!! My family is in our home hot and sweating because we can not the truth.
    Please think twice before calling this company!!!

    Question... Regarding this company!!! Why did you decide not to call Trane or have a tech go pick up the part? Why refuse to service the ac unit we bought from you? Unethical business practices!!!

    Anyone who has encounter issues please leave a review! They need to be held accountable for this and others who they did this to also!!!
