Our experience was horrible. We are in the 19th month of a 6 month project. We have paid over 90% of the total project cost and the project is only 70% complete. GNR refuses to continue without additional payment and will not provide any schedules or timelines or commit to a completion date range even if provided more money. Subs complain of not being paid - half of which have not returned to complete work. Several have been told by GNR that we are supposed to pay them. GNR has told many subs that we have not paid them - completely untrue. Continually lie about whether materials have been ordered or when sub contractors can be expected. Quality of work became increasingly poorer as subs would not return and GNR's only trade employee attempted to complete and will not stand behind. GNR left an enormous stack of rubbish in our driveway. Grading was not completed and as a result we are unable to use 80% of our driveway or our garage. Refuses to answer to our attorney or any governing body within a reasonable period of time. Manufactures every excuse and reason in the book - changing them as time goes on to suit their purpose. Check the internet for more complaints. Our advice: run away as fast as you can from these two people who appear to have no conscience.
