GNRG SOLAR / NV Construction did not actually do any work. A particular step very early in the process didn't get done, so when they came to do the work, I refused the work till it got done. When they did do it (it was supposed to be a professionally produced design for the roof, and instead it was a Google map picture of my roof with Photoshopping of the solar panels), the product was not satisfactory and the loan process was also unsatisfactory. Then they threatened legal action. Then they put the account into collection. The contract clearly stated that they could not charge until they actually did work, so the collection agency immediately dropped collecting when I pointed that out.
GNRG didn't know how to take no for an answer. The salesperson I dealt with and the manager were very, very pushy. I may never get solar because of the bad taste in my mouth.
