G-N-S does every aspect of the project ( from feasibility study of your land, to handing the keys over to move in).

I would never hire them for a build. They were the builders of a new home I bought. I ended up with a crazy list of things gone wrong! They promised over and over to fix the ceilings that were not done properly, never did fix. They let their insurance drop, I didn't get a home warranty as they promised, which was in the purchase agreement. As far as I could tell they hired subs but didn't seem to care about the quality of their work. They failed the air pressure test multiple times, never did pass. There was no place for a furnace filter (Just failed to put something in and took almost a year to get it fixed), I killed 14 mice under kitchen sick (which was technically on the third level) because nothing was sealed properly, light switch completely covered over with sheetrock, outdoor outlet with live wires and no plug-ins, dented refrigerator pushing it in so hard it busted the water hose to refrigerator which leaked for a month before we found a large wet area, which then made the rug buckle. When you try to call them, it goes to voicemail every time, you can't leave a message because its full, so you can only text, and they may or may not call you back (Mostly not). When they call back it's usually when they have an excuse. Why do you ask did I buy, well I found this house almost finished, put my home on the market which sold immediately and then I had no place to live. They promised completion within 30 days, but it was more like 60 because they kept failing the final inspection. I learned a lot of what not to do next time!
