We began our business in 2015 doing remodels and general construction, and in 2020 we made the move to devote ourselves entirely to ADUs, as they provide an excellent return on investment, increase a home’s equity immediately, and can offer excellent cash-flow opportunities. Being such a big investment I was a little overwhelmed with the whole process of building an ADU. Gil and his team made the process smooth and reassuring while helping figure out how to work out a plan . The plan worked with our budget and the income the ADU was going to generate. It's paying for itself and we are glad we chose Gil and his team
