Go Ducts installed two new units. One unit was left falling off the house because it was not secured correctly. GC had to fix as Go Ducts did not respond. Second unit has not worked at all to keep house warm. As it is now we don not use half the house during the winter. Go Ducts will not respond. We were given the hard sell on a system that cost twice as much and they couldnt install or fix.
I would not use GoDucts if my life depended on it.
